The app
Headtable is a seating-chart and guest-list planner for iPhone and iPad. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App under the terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to the App in full.
Purchases
Headtable Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from the App's Settings using the same Apple Account.
Your content
Guest lists, seating charts and exports you create are yours. They are stored on your device and we neither receive nor claim any rights over them. You are responsible for the personal information of the guests you enter and for how you share any export.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with or redistribute the App, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Always check an exported chart before printing it for your event. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the App, including loss of guest or seating data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page with its effective date.
